Stefanie A. Olivieri

STEFANIE A. OLIVIERI is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department, and practices in the areas of Civil Litigation, Landlord/Tenant, Family and Divorce Law, and Criminal Defense.  Attorney Olivieri is originally from Westchester County, New York, received her undergraduate degree from Iona College, and her juris doctorate from Pace University School of Law.

Prior to joining Collins Hannafin, P.C., Attorney Olivieri served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, where she served as a lead prosecutor on criminal cases throughout Westchester County Courts.  Attorney Olivieri has worked with various members of law enforcement, defense attorneys, and the public, to work up various types of cases for trial and negotiate plea offers and dispositions.  Attorney Olivieri’s prior civil litigation experience includes a clerkship in the New York State Supreme Court – Matrimonial Part, for the Honorable Lawrence H. Ecker, and she served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Yonkers Law Department where she handled various civil litigation matters brought against the City of Yonkers.

Attorney Olivieri is licensed to practice in Connecticut and New York State.  She resides in New Fairfield with her husband and family.
